I'm a health coach, mindfulness teacher and personal trainer, that promotes strengthening the mind and body, for triathletes.
I’m Kyle. My personal philosophy is to craft a life that makes my heart come alive!
I love to use my body and wellness, as the vehicle to experiencing flow. In the past, that was in the form of playing college baseball. Currently, my favorite way of finding flow is by training for triathlons- I have completed 11 to date, including 4 Ironmans.
Outside of Soul Stepping, you can catch me hiking with my dog Brew, adventuring with friends, trying to learn how to surf, engineering my yearly Halloween yard display (I strive to be #1 on the block), meditating….and challenging myself in different ways to find FLOW.
As said in my favorite poem, “It doesn’t interest me what you do for a living. I want to know what you ache for and if you dare to dream of meeting your heart’s longing”. – Oraiah Mountain Dreamer. I could list my professional highlights, but that doesn’t capture who I am. I’m a human, doing my best to figure it out, have a dope “Life Resume” and impact others along the way.
I have worked with over THOUSANDS of participants, in the health coaching field. This range extends from working with Professors and college athletes, to refugee teenagers and stay at home moms. I’ve worked from settings where individuals were at their lowest and emphasizing mental health- to settings where individuals were flourishing and prioritizing high performance.
While I value depth over width/numbers, working with this range of people has given me a strong understanding of the psychology and habits that help support a healthy fulfilling life.
I have a deep passion for helping others live in an authentic, well and fulfilling way. As someone who has experienced my own mental challenges, while simultaneously valuing high performance, I empathize and can relate to wherever you are at on the journey.
