Holistic Wellness Coaching is a virtual 1:1 coaching platform, that helps you unlock the mindset, skills and practices needed to meet your health goals and create flourishing well-being.
Whether you goal is to get in the best shape of your life and run a marathon, or just to manage stress better: we co-collaborate to create a personal plan tailored towards your vision of health.
I believe that you are the expert in your own-life. As a coach, my goal is to help you find the answers for yourself- this is where lasting motivation comes from. I help you unlock the wisdom, strengths and potential already inside of you- so that life can be a moment to moment expression of your “best self”.
We work together to create a healthy relationship with health: Pursuing wellness should be a journey of self-care and empowerment. We help you sort through all the abundance of confusing information out there around nutrition/diets, exercise and “self help”. We remove the guess work and provide grounded, evidence-based approaches, that are best for your values, preferences and lifestyle.

We start off by creating a wellness vision of your ideal life. Then, we make that vision become a reality!
This is done using motivational interviewing, powerful conversations, positive psychology theories, visualizations, and various tools that will empower you to be the best/most authentic you.
Coaching sessions are done 1 on 1. Sessions usually last between 40-70 minutes. This can be done in person, skype or telephone. As a coach I will be asking powerful questions and initiating conversations, that promote self-discovery. You will be doing 70% of the talking. It is like we are walking in the woods: you are the one choosing where we go, I am walking next to you and holding up the lantern.
I believe that you are resourceful, powerful and capable of achieving whatever you desire. Could I tell you what to do? Sure, but long-lasting change comes from self-discovery and from your heart, not anyone telling you to do some push-ups or count calories. I am happy to give resources and tools to assist in the process but what will ultimately change your life is your change of thinking and that is where my focus is.
I will educate you on goal setting, vision setting, healthy relationships with the mind/ food/yourself and other areas of wellness that are vital to manifesting the life you desire. I meet you where you are at and we build from there.

Everyone talks about the importance of the “mental game” but few take the time to train it in a meaningful way. How many times have you heard athletes or coaches say, “just be confident” or “stay disciplined”? That sounds great…but how do we actually do that?
There are psychological skills and frameworks, that can be practiced to support the mental side of performance.
What is mPEAK?
mPEAK (Mindfulness, Performance Enhancement, Awareness & Knowledge) is an intensive mindfulness training program designed for anyone seeking to achieve personal and professional goals, improve performance and enhance success. Based on the empirically supported Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn, this cutting-edge training program combines the latest brain research related to peak performance, resilience, focus, and “flow” with mindfulness meditation practices and training. Additionally, mPEAK incorporates elements of sports psychology, positive psychology, the latest neuroscientific findings and related research regarding optimal performance into weekly teachings.
