Soul Stepping is more than just hitting your health and performance goals- it is about walking on the path with purpose.
Think of flourishing, like one of those old school radios. When we are living out of alignment with our values and the health practices that best support us, it is similar to the knob on the radio being turned too far one way- the sound is static and blurry. However, when we align the dial and get the frequency just right, the sound becomes clear and beautiful music emerges. In the case of wellness- dialing in on your right frequency and living in that alignment, brings about your life soundtrack and allows you to sing your song.
When we live from this place of alignment, beautiful things happen: Our health and quality of life improves, we do spend time on what we love, we are able to show up authentically for ourselves and in our relationships, we express our strengths in meaningful ways, we act from our highest principles, our best performances emerge, we do things that excite us. Ultimately, we walk the road with purpose and fulfillment. This is soulful living-it is a rich feeling that comes from living with purpose and nourishing your health.
We are about putting the inner work in. There are no short-cuts, fads or “5 steps” to soulful living and flourishing health. It requires you to go deep, be vulnerable and do the soul searching.
We don’t take the approach that the reason you aren’t happy in life is because you aren’t doing enough yoga- or because you haven’t gotten the right nutrients from a certain supplement or green juice (though we love those things). The truth is, wellness is multi-faceted and there are many areas impact our health (including things like our relationships, our sense of financial security, work- life balance, having fun, etc). We take this holistic approach and create a personalized health plan that is most fitting for YOU. We master the fundamentals and focus on “consistency over intensity”, so you can have lasting change.
